My story
Why I coach
I know what it feels like to be stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I once stood at a crossroads myself — full of ambition, but without direction. It was coaching that helped me find my own voice again.
That experience shaped me into the coach I am today. I do not believe in quick fixes or ready-made answers. I believe in the process of genuine discovery — slow, deep and lasting.
Through Intact Academy I bring that approach to people who are ready for change. Not because it is easy, but because they know it is worth it.

My coaching is direct, warm and results-oriented. I ask the questions others do not dare to ask — and I stand beside you while you find the answers.
